New campaign ads take home the gold

Millions of people will be watching Olympic swimming and diving events this month, and millions more will be reminded of the importance of water conservation at home. That's because for the first time Water – Use It Wisely is tying in its campaign with the Olympics, to be held later this month in Athens.

Over 200,000 travelers each day will see the colorful Water – Use It Wisely backlit displays throughout Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport, reminding them that water is more precious than gold. The Olympics tie-in also expands to billboards, which feature a similar gold medal message. There are also banner ads for the campaign on both Arizona's and Georgia's NBC affiliate's websites.

Through the efforts of Water – Use It Wisely and its campaign partners, including the recently added state of Georgia, millions of people across the nation will be able to save Olympic-sized amounts of water. Check out all the banner ads >>
